Hyperwell is a worldwide supplier of high quality castings from its plants in both Taiwan and Mainland China. Typical parts can be made by Sand Casting, Shell Mold Casting, Investment Casting, Gravity Casting and a variety of other processes per our customer needs and specification. The casting materials include Cast Iron, Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron, Cast Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze and various other alloys. Stamping & Deep Drawn
We provided a variety of stamped parts including deep drawn parts to our overseas customers, utilizing both short run and progressive die processes. Materials available include Low Carbon Stamping Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass as well as a variety of Plastics. The used press tonnage from 45 tons to 1000 tons and the maximum thickness could be upped to 12mm.
